Our team will give you a quick call or email to confirm that we have the right details so we can prepare your fundraising pack. Once confirmed, your pack will usually arrive within a week to the address registered online. This will contain everything you need to get started with the project, so please read the enclosed instructions carefully before you begin!
Hand out the provided artwork sheets in class, along with an instruction sheet and an artwork guidelines sheet to each class teacher or group leader. Time to get creative! Once the children have finished their mini masterpieces, ask the teachers to return these back to you using the provided class dividers by the date on their instruction sheet.
Package the completed artwork sheets back into the box they came in (or any other suitable box) and send them back to our LE67 3FW address, preferably using a recorded delivery service. If you'd prefer us to collect them from you, please get in touch and we can arrange this for you. A £10 admin fee will be deducted from your commission at the end.
Your artwork will be scanned and uploaded to your parent order portal by our My Child's Art fairies! If you're taking part in the self-portrait tea towel fundraiser, we'll send you a notification when your group tea towel proofs are ready to review. You can approve your proofs or provide feedback to our team via your coordinator portal.
When your artwork is ready for the parents to view, your online portal will go live. We'll give you another quick call or email to let you know that you can hand out the leaflets and stickers from the fundraising pack and then it's time for you to spread the word and let your parents know about all the exciting products they can purchase with their children's art!
You receive 20% commission on all product sales. Submit your bank details via your coordinator portal and your payment will be processed to your account automatically, shortly after the fundraiser has closed. Don't forget, you can earn unlimited extra commission for your school or group by sharing your unique referral code!
