Due to the additional challenges we are facing in the current COVID situation, we can no longer guarantee Christmas delivery. All orders placed from today for anything other than cards only (no other products or mixed orders including cards) will now arrive early January. Orders for cards only (no other products or mixed orders including cards) will continue being processed separately (due to the quicker print time) and will arrive in approximately one week from ordering. All orders placed before this date (cards only and mixed orders including cards) will arrive before Christmas.

We are currently working at maximum capacity in accordance to the latest COVID-19 restrictions and although we are trying to process orders as quickly as possible, we are experiencing some delays. Orders for just Christmas cards (no other products) are processed via a priority print queue and will be delivered in approximately one week from ordering. All other orders (for mixed products, including Christmas cards) are processed separate to this and will take longer.

Although we will aim to dispatch orders to these timescales, we cannot take any responsibility for delays caused by the postal service and so please be mindful of this when placing your order. For this reason we cannot guarantee that any orders placed now will arrive before Christmas.
We are currently experiencing high order volumes and in the current COVID-19 situation we are working with less staff than usual due to social distancing regulations.
Due to this, orders are taking slightly longer than our usual 10 working days for delivery.
We appreciate your patience in these difficult times and will endeavor to ship all orders as quickly as possible.
We are also experiencing some supplier / stock issues for the same reason.
We aim to keep any product downtime to a minimum, but reserve the right to remove products from our line where it is not possible to source new stock within a suitable timeframe.
